These terms govern your use of the Setlore mobile app and the setlore.com.tr website. By using the app you accept these terms. Provided by: Miran Malgır, Mersin (hello@setlore.com.tr).
1. Account
You must give accurate information when you create an account and you are responsible for keeping it secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Setlore.
2. Health notice
Setlore's recommendations come from fixed rules applied to the workouts you log and are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new training program. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.
3. Free version and Pro
Workout logging is free. Setlore Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly options. Prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy.
- Eligible new subscribers get a 3-day free trial. When the trial ends, the price of your chosen plan is charged to your Apple or Google account.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's own policies.
On iOS, Apple's standard end user license agreement (EULA) also applies.
4. Content you share
You are responsible for the workouts, comments and profile information you share. You may not share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, infringes others' rights or is misleading. You can report or block inappropriate content and users in the app. We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close the account.
You keep the rights to what you share; you give us a limited licence to show it to the people you choose.
5. Intellectual property
The Setlore app, its name, logo and content (exercise library, texts, design) are protected. You may not copy, reverse engineer or use the app for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide Setlore as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Closing your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. You need to cancel your subscription separately in the store; deleting your account does not cancel it.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date on this page and tell you about significant changes in the app. Continuing to use Setlore after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers living in the EU keep the rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country.
